Stampotique Guest DT

Hey everyone, today I am a happy camper :) Not only did I receive my new iPhone4 but my first card as Guest DT was posted on the Stampotique blog. It's so fun to see my work posted somewhere other than my own blog, especially after all the stress of trying to get a decent picture LOL. I have a wonderful camera, just don't know how to use it well.

Anyhow, without further ado, here is my card:

Supplies:
  • Stampotique rubber stamp (Moth Fab)
  • Daisy D rub-on numbers
  • Basic Grey patterned paper (Archaic)
  • Catslife Press rubber stamp (Birthday Seal 653F)
  • Tim Holtz/Ranger Distress ink (Walnut Stain)
Thanks for popping by!

And Baby Makes Six...

I made this quick card for my sister who recently gave birth to her 4th child. There is a sketch challenge at Die Cuttin' Divas plus a challenge to use polka dots at 7 Kids College Fund Blog. I figured I may as well combine the two challenges :)

Supplies:
  • My Minds Eye patterned paper (Complete Boy 12x12 paper pad)
  • Magnolia rubber stamp (Alvin, Elegant Heart Ribbon)
  • Cricut font cartridge "Base Camp"
Check back tomorrow, I will have a card which I made for my guest DT spot at Stampotique :)

Thanks for poppin' by!

A new Greeting farm project

I am tired. Work always keeps me hopping and I have a bunch of things I need to get done at home too. I am chipping away at it but sometimes it feels like it will never be done. I try to find time to craft and this month I am the Guest DT at Stampotique so you will be seeing some cards featuring their stamps. They are very unique and every now and again I like to make a card or project with an image that has a little more.... edge.

In the meanwhile, I do have a project to show you using one of my new stamps from The Greeting Farm. This is Happy Day Oliver and I am going to submit this project to the new Farm Fresh blog challenge "All Things New". This is a communication book for my son, Evan. Being a special needs child, we are often passing info back and forth and we were using a generic school notebook, this is MUCH better, I think :)

Thanks for popping by!
